Veganic[1] is a member of the Giga Empire. He is the youngest member of Giga's Special Department 13 Team.[1]
Appearance[]
Veganic has brown skin and light brown hair. He keeps his eyes constantly narrowed to slits, and rarely opens his eyes.[1] He also keeps his face set in a wide mocking cat-like smile.
Like all Giga Special Department 13th Team members, he sports black suit, with an orange shirt and a purple tie.[1]

Personality[]
Veganic's almost constant smile and slitted eyes, combined with his heavy use of sarcasm and mocking politeness and tone, make it very difficult to discern his thoughts. His demeanour seems to unsettle other people.[1]
He appears to have little regard for authority. Even when facing Giga's Vice-President, Light, his demeanour did not change despite the difference in status. He even mockingly laughed straight in Light's face, enraging the Vive-President. Despite being the youngest member of the team, he brazenly asked Constant if he could make the report. Constant has warned him that his mouth will get him killed.[1] His little regard for authority showed once again when he defied a direct order from Han Gun-Ho and Gorilla, by revealing the secret Intel that Constant was not meant to know to Constant for a bribe.[2]
He enjoys his cushy high paying job with the 13th Team and is wary about losing it.[2]

Giga[]
Veganic is the youngest member of Giga's 13th team and is the brat of the group. He considers the job a cushy job and is wary about losing it as seen during his messenger chat with Constant.[2]
Light[]
Han Gun-Ho sent Veganic to rub the fact that Light lost Rakiren Castle and the Unknown energy to Nightmare. Veganic laughed in Light's face and was told to get out of Light's sight. Veganic found him hot tempered and scary and feels like everyone in the Han Family is fiery.[1]
Gorilla[]
Gorilla is the team leader of Veganic. He is respectful to her and calls her Team leader nim. He defied her orders and secretly informed Constant about the 13th Teams movement to the Boundary/
Constant[]
Veganic is very respectful to Constant. He calls Constant "sunbae" when directly addressing him,[1][2] and Assistant Team Leader nim when speaking about him to others[2]. He respects Constant's strength as the strongest fighter in the 13th Team.[2] Constant accompanied Veganic to Totoras when Veganic delivered a mocking message to Light on Han Gun-Ho's behalf.[1] Constant scolded him for it.[1]
Veganic went behind Gorilla's back and defied a direct order from Han Gun-Ho by telling Constant the information on getting beyond the boundary to find. Veganic was elated that he would be paid 100 million won (about 100 million USD) and trusted Constant to make sure that they weren't being tapped.[2]
Veganic was shaken after Constant revealed the information he found out about Han Gun-Ho through his Last Lie and Veganic is currently assisting the 13th Team and Dark's Party to take down Hardcore Leveling Warrior and Han Gun-Ho.[3]

Choco Bibi[]
Veganic became a fan of Choco Bibi's after watching him during the Martial Arts Fighting Round of the Combat Tournament.[3] He calls Choco Bibi "Choco Bibi nim" as a sign of respect.[3] When he met Choco Bibi, he was elated and even shook Choco Bibi's hand, despite the situation around them in which Hardcore Leveling Warrior was wreaking havoc.[3] Choco Bibi was shocked to see another space wizard like himself when he saw Veganic.[3] Veganic was eager to help Choco Bibi and even summoned Sad Smile to their location in order to help Choco Bibi with the large-scale space transfer that would bring the two Primordial Dragons to their location.[3]

Although he has not been seen in combat, Veganic is a member of Giga 's Special Investigation Department 13th Team,[1] a team that is composed of highly paid elite players that are under the command of Han Gun-Ho.[3] This would indicate that Veganic does have some ability.
Space Magic[]

As a space magic user, Veganic is able to appear and disappear at precise locations and teleport groups of people instantaneously. As one of the few users that is capable of using space magic,[1][1] he is a great asset to any team, particularly when it comes to the supporting role.
Teleportation: He teleported both himself and Constant out of Totoras' vicinity.[1]
Mass Teleportation: Veganic 7 of Giga's 13th team to Dark's Party's location in the Demon World.[3] The distance he covered is unknown.
Dark Warrior's Helmet[]

Like a lot of the Giga Special Department members,[4] Veganic has access to the Dark Warrior's Helmet, which he can use to boost his power by several folds.[3]
Enhanced Teleportation[3]: While using the Dark Warrior's helmet, he teleported Sad Smile from the human world to the Demon World without any prep time.[3]
Mana Capacity Enhancement: Normally, Veganic can only teleport about a third of the people that Choco Bibi can do, but with the Dark Warrior's Helmet, Veganic's mana reserves increases by 3 fold.[3] This mana enhancement allowed him to aid Choco Bibi in performing the Large-Scale Mass Teleportation magic which aimed to teleport the Primordial Dragons to their location.[3]

Veganic was sent y Nathan Han to mockingly deliver a report on the fall of Rakiren Castle to Light. With his signature cat smile, Veganic delivered the report to Light, telling him about the loss of the Absolute Quest Item, The Unknown Energy, which annoyed Light as he knew about it as it was in his possession.[1]

He then brings up an image of the Secretary Park and General Manager Park, mockingly telling Light that they have become Nightmare Soldiers. Light fired a light blast at the image which grazed Veganic's cheek and caused made a light cut on Veganic's face. Light orders him to get out of his sight. Veganic is terrified and wonders why all the members of the Han family have such fiery personalities. Constant asks him if another hole in his mouth would make him shut up, before the sheepish Veganic telpeports himself and Constant away from Totoras.[1]
Beyond the Boundary Arc[]

Veganic is present with the rest of the 13 Team members as Gorilla told them about the intel she acquired about Dark's Party heading to the Boundary. Veganic questions Gorilla on why COnstant is not there despite being the strongest in the team and Gorilla tells him that Constant is not coming with them because it was a direct order from Han Gun-Ho and she calls Constant an uncontrollable weapon.[2]
Veganic then goes behind Gorilla's back and whispers the information about the 13th Teams mission to Constant in exchange for 100 million won which Constant promises to deposit to him after he finshes his case. Veganic is worried about the line being tapped and does not want to lose his great job, but Constant assures him that he is dealing with it by erasing the memories at the scene. The elated Veganic is assured by Constant and thanks him for his hard work before logging off the messenger.[2]
Hardcore Leveling Warrior Retrieval Arc[]
Along with the other Giga 13 Team members, Veganic was informed of Han Gun-Ho being a dummy of Nightmare, Han Gun-Ho detaining Hardcore Leveling Warrior in the real world and Han Gun-Ho manipulating the 13th Team members by exploiting their weaknesses by Constant through the messenger. He was shaken by the information.[3]

Veganic mass teleported himself and 7 members of the Giga's 13th Team to Dark's Party location in order to help Dark's Party fight Han Gun-Ho and Hardcore Leveling Warrior. He Shook Choco Bibi's hand and told Choco Bibi that he's been a big fan since the Martial Arts Fighting Round. He shakes Choco Bibi's hands and Choco Bibi awkwardly tells him that it wasn't the right time to be doing that. Choco Bibi asks Veganic how many people he could teleport with his mana, and Veganic tells him that he can only normally carry a third of Choco Bibi's number, but with the Dak Warrior's Helmet his ability goes up by 3 fold and he activates the Dark Warrior's Helmet.
Veganic doesn't think that the two of them would be enough to teleport the Primordial Dragons and teleports Sad Smile to their location in order to get his help. After Dark agreed to let Sad Smile get Han Gun-Ho's body if he is killed, The Spirit of Time and Space drew a magic circle and Veganic and Sad Smile both lend their power to Choco Bibi as he cast the large scale mass space magic to bring the Primordial Dragons.[3]
