Open your Mouth, Here comes the Healing is most notably shown wearing a large curved rectangular mecha suit with a line colour paired with a pink heart motif, yellow eyes and a face similar to that of old english nurses.
Whilst outside of the mecha suit the Ultimate Healer's body is mechanized with blond hair and the yellow spiral eyes most commonly associated with Nightmare based entities.

Open Your Mouth, Here Comes the Healing is a versatile, resourceful and a strong player. She is capable of acting as both a daunting healer and a proficient damage dealer, using two of her bodies. She's an extremely strong swordsman as she was able to annihilate General Manager Park's team and was acknowledged by Light.

Open your Mouth, Here Comes the Healing is an all around combatant despite their title as the Ultimate Healer, under the guise of Dorongi she was able to show her ungodly swordsman abilities alongside whilst fighting Light, her grasp on a brutalized Art of Combat involving the sacrificing of her teammates wellbeing in order to fight opponents that are significantly stronger than herself and still have a chance.

- Mana Rail Gun: The Machine transform one of its arms into a rail gun capable of firing off an extremely large beam.

- Link - Cannon: The user summons multiple cannons linked with one another and simultaneously fires off multiple lasers.

- Auto-Magic Analysis: The user is able to determine the attribute of the opponent's magic.
- Electric Teleport: The user is absorbed via their head apparel or presumably any of their body parts, then instantly moving it to their chosen location, teleporting and reforming themselves at that location.
- Link - Download_Sword of God: A copy of the Sword of God is created/summoned and the user launches it at their targets.
- Link - Download_War: The user summons numerous heavy artilleries including tanks, aircraft, helicopters, bomb ships, and missiles.
- Self Destruct: The user explodes their chosen heavy artilleries.
- Link - Download_Master Sword: summons multiple swords made out of condensed energy and data.
- Final Attack: The user performs a finale attack with all the summoned swords.

The character's name, '입벌려힐들어간다', literally translates to 'Open Your Mouth, Here Comes the Healing'. Line Webtoon has incorrectly translated the characters name since her introduction as 'The Ultimate Healer'. As usual, there has not been any explanation for this by that translators.
The character's name is based on a popular South Korean meme. The context is completely lost to Western audiences because the translators have failed to use the original name and appear to have no understanding of actual South Korean culture.
