It has another function which is that the first hit allows Secretary Park to attack the opponent at the same time and automatically dodge/evade the opponent's attack and the second hit is an unblockable and undodgeable attack. When used with Gan Jiang - Mo Ye, the second hit becomes an ultimate attack that kills the target in one hit.
