A Job Advancement Quest is a type of a quest in Lucid Adventure.
Overview[]
It is a quest that is done so players can choose their jobs in Lucid Adventure. After a player chooses their first job, they don't simply stay with one job. Once the character reaches level 90, they can choose a more specific jobs that suit their interests and personal attributes.[1]
It is currently unknown how many jobs advancements there are, but normally the people who have completed their 5th job advancements and certain conditions are known as "masters".[1]

전직 is the Korean form of the hanja 轉職, which literally means "to change one's job". In rpg games it is usually translated as "job advancement", "class-change" or "job-change". They all mean the same thing.
LINE Webtoon used "class-change" in Episode 6 but changed it to "job advancement" in Episode 88.
