Jian Yong is a member of the Giga Empire. During the war between Giga and Yopi Land, he fought alongside Sun Qian and Mi Zhu.[1]

Jian Yong is a competent healer. His healing abilities were capable of garnering high praise from the former ranker, Master Swordsman. Jian Yong's actual comabat ability has not been seen, but based on the description of Super-GSM2, it is implied that lacks little combat ability.[1]

Healing Ability: Jian Yong was able to continuously heal Giga soldiers there were slashed by Master Swordsman, which allowed them to keep on fighting. His healing prowess forced Master Swordsman to seek him out in order to prevent the continual revival of the fallen Giga soldiers.[1]

Season 1[]

Dark's Birthday Arc[]

Jian Yong healed the giga soldiers as they faced Master Swordsman. Master Swordsman closed him down in an attempt to use Moonlight Slash, but he was blown back by blasts from Sun Qian and Mi Zhu. Jian Yong merged with Sun Qia and Mi Zhu to form Super-GSM2.[1]

Super-GSM2 creates a large ball of energy in it's palm and launches it at Master Swordsman but it is deflected by Master Swordsman's Sword Tip Deflection. Drip Soup tags into the fight and hits Super-GSM2 with Three Identities - Triple Slash which causes the merged entity to explode.[1]

Notes & Trivia[]

  • The character is based on Jian Yong, a Shu strategist during the Late Eastern Dynasty.
    • Jian Yong, courtesy name Xianhe, was an official serving under the warlord Liu Bei in the late Eastern Han dynasty of China. He was also known for being persuasive and broad-minded and for his carefree personality. Along with Mi Zhu, Sun Qian, and later Yi Ji, Jian's ideas were widely circulated in Liu's territories, which featured Confucius values and Han loyalist arguments, he greatly helped Liu Bei's image gaining creditably to the later's populist movement.
