Heart Heater Vermillion Quintarin,[5] more commonly known as Heart Heater, is a High-Level NPC that specializes in giving hidden and rare high-rank quests, rides blue dragons, and acts as a private money lender (loan shark) in Lucid Adventure. Together with his Assistant Rim, they serve Dark as his underlings.
Due to some unforeseen circumstance, he participated as a member of Dark's Party in the PvP Round.
