This was a skill used by a Nightmarized Rigos. A ball of ice gathers around Rigos' mouth and is blasted at the target. The ice blast was imbued with Nightmare and had the power to neutralize all defences.[1]
The attack destroyed the #3 Ranker form HCLW's Double Step Boots and reduced his speed by 20%.[1]
