- Double Casting is the requirement for passing the Ensemble exam.[2]
- The casting was first called "Dual Casting" by Negasus Side, Heo Sung-Jun and the level 79 Cyclops in X Ash Episode 15. During his Ensemble explanation to X and Ash in X ASh Episode 19, Negasus Side called it "Double Casting".
- Elena from the Hardcore Leveling Warrior series used Spirit Magic - Dual Casting in Hardcore Leveling Warrior Season 2 Episode 59. It is unclear if the author includes this as the same Dual Casting skill described above from the X Ash series.
