서브병에 in this context means "Sub-Disease". 서브, which means "sub", is short for 서브 주인공 (Sometimes written as "서브캐" for short), which literally means "Sub protagonist, sub main character, secondary protagonist; secondary main character; deuteragonist". In literature, the deuteragonist or secondary main character is the second most important character of a narrative, after the protagonist and before the tritagonist. The deuteragonist often acts as a constant companion to the protagonist or someone who continues actively aiding a protagonist. The deuteragonist may switch between supporting and opposing the protagonist, depending on their own conflict or plot.
병(病 ) means "(질병) disease; illness; sickness; disorder; (가벼운) ailment; (국부적인) (formal) complaint; (heart/skin) trouble".
빠지다 means "fall into; sink". In this context it means "succumb".
It literally means I've Succumbed to the Sub-Disease!. The title basically says that the reader has got a sub main character disease.

- 모태 솔로 [mote solo] mo-te (모태, mother’s womb) + solo (솔로, solo). “Mo-te solo” is a word that combines “mother’s womb” with “solo.” It is used to indicate someone who has never dated and has not been in a relationship… since coming out of the mother’s womb.
